What others are saying

If You're Tired of Trying to Figure This Out on Your Own

You don't feel like yourself anymore

Your energy, sleep, digestion, mood or body have changed - and you want to understand why.

You're dealing with more than one thing

It's not just fatigue. Or sleep. Or digestion. Several things seem to be happening at once.

You've already tried to fix it

You've changed your diet, taken supplements, seen practitioners or followed advice - but you're still searching.

You've been told everything looks normal

Or nothing you've been told seems significant enough to explain how you actually feel.

You're wondering if it's all connected

You've started to suspect these aren't separate problems - but nobody has helped you make sense of the whole picture.

More than anything, you want to know what to do next

Not another thing to try. A clearer understanding of what's happening and where it makes sense to begin.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's what we usually get asked

What happens during the initial clinical assessment?

Before we meet, Luke reviews your health history and any pathology, imaging or previous investigations you've provided. During the 30-minute assessment, you'll go through the bigger picture together - how your symptoms and history connect, and what's most likely driving how you feel. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what's contributing to your symptoms and a recommended direction forward.

Who is this approach most suitable for?

People living with several health concerns at once who don't yet have a clear explanation for how they feel - and who want to understand what's happening, not just collect another recommendation.

What is Luke trained in, and what approach does he use?

Luke has been in clinical practice for more than 21 years and has trained across several disciplines, including chiropractic, nutrition, acupuncture and counselling. His further training includes Applied Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) and other approaches to understanding and supporting complex health concerns.

Rather than beginning with a particular treatment or technique, Luke first looks at your health as a whole and works out what deserves attention first. The approach used is then guided by what he believes is most appropriate for your individual situation.

I've already seen several practitioners. How is this different?

Most practitioners sensibly treat one concern at a time. This approach starts by asking a different question first: how do these pieces fit together, and what's most likely driving the others? Often it's not about trying something new — it's about doing the right things in the right order.

What if all of my blood tests and scans have come back normal?

Normal results are valuable - they help rule out significant pathology needing medical attention. But they don't always explain why you still feel unwell. That means looking at your symptoms, history, examination findings and test results together, to understand how they interact.

What if I'm dealing with several health concerns at once?

That's the situation this approach is built for. Rather than treating each concern separately, the aim is to identify what may be connecting them and what's worth addressing first.

Will I need more testing?

Sometimes. Further testing is recommended when it's likely to change the plan - not as a default step. Sometimes the answer is already sitting in information that hasn't been looked at together.

What kind of recommendations might Luke make?

Recommendations follow the strategy, not the other way around - sometimes nutrition, sometimes lifestyle changes, sometimes supplementation, sometimes further investigation, and sometimes referral to another practitioner or specialist.

What happens after the initial assessment?

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms, how those concerns may be connected, and a recommendation for what to investigate or address first. If a different practitioner is a better fit for you, Luke will tell you early.

How much does it cost, and are Medicare or private health rebates available?

The initial clinical assessment is $150 for 30 minutes. Costs beyond the initial assessment depend on the plan developed together, so they're discussed once there's a clear direction. Luke's foundational training is as a Chiropractor. If you have private health cover, check with your fund about rebates for Chiropractic.

What ages does Luke work with?

Resonate Mind Body primarily works with adults and older teenagers. For children under 15, please contact the clinic before booking so we can determine whether Luke’s approach is appropriate for their needs.

Where is the clinic, and can appointments be done remotely?

The clinic is Resonate Mind Body in Deakin, Canberra. All sessions are in-person.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Parking is readily available near the clinic, with 30-minute free street parking and 2-hour paid parking directly across the road and a short walk up the street.

Step 2: Work Out What Matters Most

Rather than treating every concern separately, we look for what may be connecting them and what deserves attention first.

Step 3: Build a Clear Way Forward

You leave with a clearer understanding of what may be contributing, what to prioritise, and what the next step should be.

MEET THE PRACTITIONER

Hey, I'm Luke

Helping people make sense of complex health challenges for over 21 years.

For more than two decades, I've worked with people navigating a wide range of health concerns - from fatigue, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances to chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, inflammation, sleep difficulties, and persistent pain.

Over the years, I've come to believe that many health challenges persist not because people aren't trying hard enough, but because the right questions haven't been asked.

Many of the people I work with have already invested significant time, energy, and money into their health. They've seen practitioners, tried treatments, changed diets, taken supplements, and consumed countless hours of health information.

Yet they're still left wondering why they don't feel the way they think they should.

My role is often helping people make sense of that complexity.
